If we repent and utilize the atonement God will remember our sins no more. When we repeat a sin it’s as if we never repented to begin with. In other words, God never forgets. Ergo, God holds grudges. Eternal grudges. Trillions of them.

Great discussion, everyone. I tend to lean on the side of holding more grudges than less. A wise man once said, “There’s an old saying in Tennessee — I know it’s in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can’t get fooled again.”

If our Heavenly Father were afflicted with dementia grudges would not be an issue.

Hoping for life beyond the mortal/immortal grudge match.

We should all long for the day when Sam Harris gets to speak at General Conference.
